I have run for over 10 years in running shoes that are built for heavy than pronation. In these shoes, I had speech with arch support built with instruction father Kaiser cam straps Sports on Frederikssundsvej. So much engineering collaboration from different running shoe experts. There even are the construction of me been bent too much of the feet relative to the minimum height. So I have my 168 cm a shoe size 41.5 and it's heavy with all the gear in !!!
I love to run - especially long and mega stubborn and has completed several half marathons and one whole. For all those long trips, I have taken my share of injuries. I have had heel spurs recurrent've teased and given some unwanted breaks from my beloved race. Held a full year break after my marathon - which was not particularly funny. Well, long story short, I have a very run passionate father who now has just had surgery knee number 2. He had heard about Pose Running and him that calls itself "Claus Bag Man" and would like to give one hour lessons with him.
Of course I was on and after an hour of training, I was ready to start the new running style! I bought the above shoes Vivo Barefoot on the bag's request.
What a change in my jogging ... Bitte small steps and psycho sore calves the first 3 weeks. There are like 3 nifty items and they can be seen on www.goodformrunning.com. Do not really think that you need decidedly teaching which I chose, but it was very comforting for me.
3) Cadence on one's race to be 180, that is, you count how many steps you run per minute. (Sounds harder than it is) I ran naurligt 160 from the start of this style.
All these benchmarks fills an entire billion in the brain the first few trips, but gradually disappears as the brain becomes programmed to a different style. Imagine that there are two ninjas in through your window and you need to escape from them? If you bag the runner away from them is your brain reprogrammed !!!
My first run was ABSOLUTELY cam straps fantastic. That's a long time since I had felt so challenged and it was fun at the same time. Bag man has to take 15 minutes every day the first long while. And do not worry you are not able to be more than that. I even ran on two concrete put the first 3 weeks. I did not hear the music in his ears, which otherwise tends to motivate me - No I focused 100% and was completely destroyed after only 15 minutes - but big smile all the way I got high in a way it's a long time since I've tried by ordinary race. Every time I walked the dog should I just try when I was going out to the car and so on. Not only that it was fun, it was and still is a lot harder than my old style. My old miles sometimes called 6.30 per km now I ran cunningly times at 5.45 .. Absolutely incredible!
I have now got used to the style and can not figure out to run on my old way anymore. I have been going since the beginning of February this year and can now run 20 minutes in a row without cam straps stopping
I can only mention the benefits of this kind of race, the only backing is that you start from scratch cam straps again and I have tried everything too many times. But what if the decision is made, people are busy. And yes the shoes are fucking ugly - it looks like I've stolen Donald's shoes But that's probably just my vanity.
Last but not least, enjoy it, enjoy it, enjoy it !!! It's hilarious and motiverende.Det here are my experiences with Pose Running - it is not certain cam straps that you get it the same way, but try it!
As for ketosen I'm still there ... Despite the huge (I mean here incredible) cam straps amounts of food at mother the day before yesterday for Easter, I gave myself over 1 meter on all the time! And had returned to 3.7 last night. I kept 100% of the snaps and was actually glad it-die
