DIY stories should be fun and should not end up in serious injury. The stories can be both somethin

- When a self-build is going to build a small detached house with 15 degrees slope, then it's no problem even putting tar paper on the "help" from a good friend for a weekend.
Although it happened in 1960, so both had friends heard about workplace safety! The man on the roof was to be secured, so there was no accident, he had his normal job to do in the next week. Man tied to Volkswagen
Then a rope was thrown over the house, one end was attached to the friend strapping machines folkevogns- "bread" with leave to conveniently parked strapping machines at the house, and the man on the roof of the house opposite side, got the rope tied around the waist!
The work went well. Him with the rope around his waist hemmed merrily cardboard, his friend brought new rolls of roofing felt on the wagon and brought them up the ladder. Fine division of labor but sweaty activities that allow thirst. Volkswagen strapping machines drove - with the man in the rope on the roof
At one point in the middle of Saturday morning shouting his friend looked up to the man on the roof: "Let me get a few beers down at the grocery store," forget about the rope that is attached to folkevogns- "rye bread" with the lad, and running until he hear someone shouting stop stop behind strapping machines the car. Very guessed, strapping machines it's the man from the roof shouting.
It is part of the story is that back in the 1960s, strapping machines had already been supplied windows without glass inserted and glazier delivered double glazing in a large-slat wooden box lined with straw. Upstairs such a box lying on the ground empty of glass, sat the man from the roof, with a rope around his waist, unscathed, shaken but still thirsty.
